Terms of Service

1. About Us

NRI Legal Care is a service brand operated by WGS India. Legal services are delivered through independent, qualified advocates enrolled with the relevant State Bar Council in India. We coordinate, document and supervise the engagement on your behalf.

2. Eligibility

Our services are offered to Non-Resident Indians (NRIs), Persons of Indian Origin (PIOs), Overseas Citizens of India (OCIs) and their authorised family members. You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have authority to act in respect of the property, person or matter for which you engage us.

3. Scope of Services

• Property Protection — title checks, encumbrance review, site visits, tenant management, eviction support, mutation and tax follow-ups.
• Parents Care — wellness visits, doctor coordination, hospital admission, medication delivery, festival visits and 24×7 helpline.
• Legal Protection — advocate consultations, drafting and review of agreements, Power of Attorney coordination, litigation supervision and dispute representation.
• Emergency Support — rapid response for medical, legal or property emergencies in our service cities.

The exact scope, deliverables and timelines for each engagement will be confirmed in a written service order or membership plan description.

4. Fees & Payment

• Membership fees and one-time service charges are displayed on our Pricing page in INR. Foreign currency payments are converted at the prevailing rate.
• Government fees, court filing fees, stamp duty, registration charges, hospital bills, travel outside the service city and third-party vendor charges are not included and are billed separately on actuals with supporting receipts.
• Fees are payable in advance for the billing cycle selected (monthly or annual). Annual plans receive a 15% discount.
• Applicable GST will be added to all invoices.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate identity, property and family information and timely access to documents.
• Issue a valid Power of Attorney where required for representation before authorities, banks or courts.
• Respond to communication from us, advocates and authorities within reasonable timelines.
• Pay fees and third-party expenses on time.

6. No Guarantee of Outcome

While we follow professional standards and engage qualified advocates, we do not guarantee any specific outcome of litigation, government approvals, registration, medical treatment or third-party service performance. Statements about timelines are best-effort estimates based on prevailing conditions.

7. Confidentiality

All information shared with us and our empanelled professionals is held in strict confidence, subject only to legal disclosure requirements and our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

The website, brand, content, templates and software belong to WGS India / NRI Legal Care and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of an engagement is limited to the fees paid by you for that specific service in the preceding three (3) months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, exemplary or punitive losses, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or losses caused by third parties, court delays or force majeure events.

10. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate services for non-payment, breach of these Terms, fraudulent or unlawful use, or where continued engagement would breach professional or regulatory obligations. You may cancel a monthly plan before the next billing date. Annual plans are governed by our Refund Policy.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any binding arbitration clause in a service order, the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of these Terms.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or services after such update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
